Vega Tech Logo

I had gotten this jacket for my dad for Christmas. I did not expect to open it and see there is a "Vega Tech" logo on the front, totally not what I expected to buy as pictured. Needless to say my dad was fine with the jacket . Received several emails from the seller to refund me. I had already given the gift and it was too late to do anything. Persistently enough the seller kept emailing me. I finally replied to let them know my dilemma. While they were nice with their persistence in wanting to make things right, they still wanted me to retract and delete my negative comment that I posted before. I understand it was not their fault for the mishap as it was shipped from the manufacturer according the them, but as representatives of their product I still hold them liable and therefore will not be deleting my first comment. They claim they were not trying to be "dishonest" in the product I suppose to some extent it is true. But then again how much credibility does this seller have when they keep emailing you to delete a negative comment on Amazon. There is a fine line between customer service and annoying emails to follow up with the customers.
